Since becoming a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach in 2017, Caroline spent over 5 years integrating a strengths-based framework throughout Georgia Tech and creating a Mid-Level Management Leadership Development Program that she still leads today. In 2022, Caroline left the world of higher education to start her own company and currently works with higher education institutions such as the University of Toledo, University of Richmond, Kennesaw State University, Georgia State University, and Georgia Tech. She also works with tech-startup companies, marketing firms across the country, a global real estate advisor firm, and law firms in Georgia.

Caroline works with individuals, teams, managers, executive leadership, college and high-school students in both 1:1 coaching sessions and transformative team workshops. Caroline also holds engaging keynote presentations and creates interactive webinars and multi-day retreats for her clients. Her extensive background in health and well-being brings a holistic approach to her coaching style, connecting the mind, body, and spirit in deep, reflective work.

Caroline received her B.S. in Exercise Science and her Masters in Sport Administration from Belmont University in Nashville, Tennessee, where she was first introduced to Don Clifton's StrengthsFinder. In the 16+ years since, Caroline has creatively found ways to work strengths and a strengths-based language into her daily life, with the goal of fully integrating strengths into the fabric of the human experience and in places such as higher ed institutions like Georgia Tech, corporate companies, non-profit organizations, and anywhere individuals and teams come together to create magic.

Caroline believes that the power of positivity is the driving force behind employee engagement and the development of deeper relationships both in and outside of work. Her unique combination of strengths allows her to energize individuals, teams, and audiences on the power of the CliftonStrengths and how a strengths-based language can unlock the best in each of us.
